11. Opening the Converted Project in Delphi

  1. Open the generated project in Delphi.
  1. Let Delphi load the forms and watch for form-reader errors first.
  1. Build the project and capture the real compiler results.
  1. Fix structural problems before pursuing visual polish.
  1. Rebuild and rerun after each significant converter improvement.

The converter now strips or remaps several common VCL-only form properties before Delphi sees the FMX output, so some earlier reader failures no longer appear. Even so, form-reader errors still deserve first priority because they block every later stage of validation.

The first successful load of the project is a major milestone, but it is not the end of validation. A project can open and still fail at compile time, or compile and still fail at runtime. Treat these as separate checkpoints.
