VCL

Visual Component Library, Delphi's traditional Windows UI framework.

FMX

FireMonkey, Delphi's multi-platform UI framework.

DFM

A Delphi form definition file used by VCL projects.

FMX form

The converted FireMonkey form file, typically emitted as .fmx.

LiveBindings

The FMX binding model used for data-aware behavior.

Global fix

A converter change that benefits multiple current or future projects, not just one output file.

Mapping pack

Optional JSON file that adds transparent third-party component detection, conversion, preservation, or manual-review rules.

Language pack

A JSON file containing translated interface text and language-specific presentation settings. It does not change conversion rules.

Dry-run preview

Inspects the conversion without writing converted source or project files. Reports may still be written and the output folder may be created.
